In such cases, please purchase a new SIM card or eSIM from your retailer or through the website where you made your original purchase.

To check your remaining data balance and expiration date:
Click the "Recharge Now" button that corresponds to your SIM type.
On the following page, enter your ICCID number.
Your current remaining GB balance and expiration date will then be displayed.
(Please note that balance checking may not be available for some SIM cards.)

No, this service cannot be used overseas. It is available for use only within Japan.

The recharged capacity or days will be added to your SIM within 30 minutes of purchase.
