Can I recharge after I've used all my data?

You cannot recharge if you have used all your data capacity or exceeded the usage period.
Please purchase a new SIM card or eSIM from the store or website where you originally bought it.

How do I check my remaining data and expiration date?

Click the "Recharge Now" button that corresponds to your SIM type,
and enter your ICCID on the next page to see your remaining data and expiration date.
(Please note that some SIMs may not support balance checking.)

Can I use it overseas?

No, it cannot be used overseas. It can only be used within Japan.

When will my recharged data or days be added to my SIM?

It will be added within 30 minutes.

What payment methods are available?

Credit cards are accepted.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes. If you need a receipt, please contact us by email with the name to be written on the receipt.
